We don’t accept returns or refunds, as each monthly package is prepared especially for our members. ✨

When will I receive my letter?
All subscriptions made between the 1st and the 25th of each month will be shipped out by the 31st of that same month. If you subscribe after the 25th, your first letter will be included in the following month’s mailing. ✨
